All purchases are non-refundable. It is encouraged to consider travel insurance in light of the non-refundable policy and please make sure you do your due diligence regarding any visa or vaccination requirements for travel. In the unlikely event that the retreat is rescheduled by the hosts, guests will be offered a space at the rescheduled event. If the retreat must be
cancelled for reasons outside of our control, a refund for the amount received will be issued. Please be advised that the retreat agenda is subject to change.
If making a purchase during a sale period, sales/discounts/coupons only apply to purchase transactions completed during the sale period, unless otherwise communicated. Payment plans made during early bird pricing will be honored for the early bird rate. Sales and coupons cannot be combined.
In the final step of the payment process there is a section where you can leave “Order Notes”, please use this field to share with us the names of those accompanying your party if you are booking for more than just yourself.
Gemini 2026 Retreat:
We will arrange a group ground transportation, departing from the Faro International Airport in Portugal at 2 pm to take the group to the retreat venue on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026. If you are traveling on an earlier day and / or to a different airport, you may meet the group and driver at the Faro airport, making sure to align your travel with the scheduled departure. Alternatively, after full payment has been received, we can share the exact location of the estate if you plan to arrive on your own. Check-in begins at 3 pm on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026.
The group will be departing the retreat estate at 11 AM on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 with an anticipated arrival at Faro airport around 12:15 pm. Please plan flights accordingly.
